Dr. William R Chenitz, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Chenitz for many years. I have found him to be caring, humorous, and most importantly, a knowledgeable physician who gives patients his undivided attention. As others noted, he does have staff that help gather information (this is a must for a physician to survive, today) but he reviews with the patient what his staff learned from the patient. I don't know what caused others to express disappointment with Dr. Chenitz. He treats very sick people and he does not hesitate to do all that is possible to help the patient and the family get through difficult times. I must rave about him and his staff. At my age, I've seen many physicians. Dr. Chenitz is one of the very best and one of the very most caring

Dr. Chenitz saw my mother for the first time this year as a patient. It was an awful experience!!! He had a physician assistant see her and then on the next visit a resident saw my mother....then at the 3rd visit we finally met Dr. Chenitz. He did not explain a thing and he upset my mother by immediately telling her she needed dialysis without any explanation. My mother was in shock!! He has no bedside manner and was condescending!! My worst experience with a doctor ever!!!

I do NOT recommend seeing Dr. Chenitz. He was treating my father and he never listened to my complaints or concerns, nor my father's complaints or concerns. He is also clinically incompetent.
