Dr. William Earl Bentley IV, MD

Dr. Bentley provides thoughtful pain management procedures, combination of injections , pills and surgery if judged necessary for the long game. He is personable, a good listener .

This doctor should not be in pain management. He couldn't care any less about your pain. He has no idea of the quality of life a person has when dealing with daily chronic pain. Do yourself a favor take 2 aspirins and suffer everyday of your life in pain rather then see him . He is an idiot who knows nothing about pain and suffering.

Dr Bentley and his staff are wonderful, caring people. I was treated with respect and compassion from the moment I arrived for my first visit. I would highly recommend these caring people.

Dr. Bentley is not a Doctor I would recommend to ANYONE! I waited an hour and a half before he came to see me. My original appointment was scheduled for 2:15 and they asked me to come in at 9:45. I was there at 9:30 and was not seen until 11:30. I was very disrespected and put down by him as I have never been before in my life. I have a history of drug abuse, but I have been clean for over 10 years, which is something I'm very proud of. I do occasionally have a few sips of wine at night for sleep. This was an intake appointment and I was told if my urine came back positive for alcohol I would not be allowed in the program. Bottom line is I have 5 beautiful children (3 being under 4yrs old), a wonderful career as a Director of Operations with a very large company and a beautiful home. It took me many years to build the life I have now. I have a severe bleeding ulcer that has formed from gastric bypass surgery. It is extremely painful and I needed help that my gastric bypass surgeon… couldn't do anything about and sent me to a more superior surgeon. I cannot eat anything and am losing 10lbs a week. The only thing that helps me keep anything down is my pain medication. I was treated more like a drug addict off the street than a human being and have NEVER been treated like for over 10 years. I would rather deal with the pain myself than listen to this man degrade me the way he did. I immediately cancelled everything. He obviously did not care about my well-being. I would not recommend this dr to anyone .

Total quack! Won't do anything for your pain! Don't even bother scheduling an appointment with him, or you'll leave feeling like you're being blamed for your pain, despite your MRI's showing several spinal defects. He's rude and pretentious.
