This doctor cared more about my insurance policy than addressing my medical condition. His medical care was mediocre at best and I'd say even criminal. Long story short, miss diagnosis.

DR.O'CONNORS STAFF WILL ALWAYS FIT YOU IN IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, AND NOT MAKE YOU WAIT FOR SO LONG FOR A APPOINTMENT. THEY UNDERSTAND THE AVAILABILITY THAT ONE MIGHT NEED AND ACOMMODATE YOU AND YOUR NEEDS. YOUR ARE WELCOMED WITH A SMILE AND GREAT PERSONALITY RECEPTIONIST. DR.O'CONNOR IS AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL ON ALL ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSOS. HE EXPLAINS THE PROBLEM THAT YOUR HAVING AND QUICK TO TAKE CARE OF IT. I HAD A SPOT THAT HE REMOVED THAT ENDED UP BEING CANCER, AND IT WASNT EVEN THE PROBLEM THAT I WENT IN FOR. HE IS VERY THOROUGH WHEN YOU SEE HIM FOR A VISIT. THANK YOU

One week after performing a tonsillectomy told patient that it was normal to bleed (after 4-5 hrs). Turned out she needed a second surgery to stop the bleeding and he had left partial tonsils in that had to be removed.
