Dr. McKee & his staff didn't return the calls fromantic my mother's Primary Care Provider. My mother, a retired school teacher, transitioned to medicare after she retired. It is suspected that due to my mother having Medicare that Dr. McKee & his staff refused to return phone calls & schedule an appointment--for 3 weeks. They dodged phone calls & requests for 3 weeks without confirming whether they would take the referral. Does anybody know the name for that kind of performance as a licensed medical professional?

I have been a patient of his for a long time. He has always been excellent to me and my family. His diagnosis has always been accurate. He has always had a great bedside manor with my family. I think any patient would be lucky to have him as a doctor.
