I was a happy healthy person at the beginning of 2025. August of that year, my health status changed drastically. I had a horrible knee/leg pain. It prevented me from walking properly, navigating stairs, dressing myself without help, and having a decent night's sleep uninterrupted by excruciating. I spent nine months seeking relief that involved physical therapy and acupuncture sessions. I saw five doctors who requested x-rays, MRIs, a nerve test, a back epidural and steroid injection in my knee. I was ecstatic to learn that the cause of my knee/leg issue was due to my hip that had bone on bone! Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. William Randall Schultz. He is a caring, friendly, professional surgeon with an equally caring and professional team of staff members. He took the time to listen to what had transpired in my last nine months. He discussed right hip replacement surgery with me including the pre-op and post-op visits. I viewed his most informative YouTube videos, titled The… Surgeon Unmasked, to further educate myself on the hip replacement surgery. How wonderful it was to be pain free immediately following my surgery! I am thrilled to say, I am back to my normal healthy self! I would strongly recommend Dr. William Randall Schultz to anyone needing hip replacement surgery.

Dr. Schultz is very professional and also warm and personable. I felt that he actively listened to my concerns and quickly assessed the likely cause of my discomfort. I felt relieved that his treatment recommendation was for PT and not surgery and reassured when he shared that most patients with my diagnosis respond positively to PT with no further interventions required. Dr. Randall Schultz came highly recommended. He did not disappoint. He strives for excellence in fixing/replacing bones. Pure perfectionism. I had a total knee replacement 6 months ago and i'm hiking and swimming again and i don't even think about my hip anymore. Every appointment I have had with Dr. Schultz has been the same. He treats me like a human with an issue he can help solve. He doesn’t push, but give a good dose of “what I would do if it were me” advice. I trusted him before my knee surgery, but even more after. He never sugar-coated what the process of a knee replacement was going to be like. However I found this clinic, I am so glad I did. And Joy add so much to the process. I would recommend either of them to anyone who needs help with their knees.

Dr . Schulz listens, explains things carefully and is efficient. After a thorough discussion with regard to both knees , Dr. Schulz provided the best possible plan o action which I knew to be in my best interest. His integrity is obvious, and I am so pleased to be in his care.

Quick but thorough review of my knee issue. Excellent ability to explain the problem in layman’s terms.

My visit was brief and very scary because of my fear of needles. I received gel injections for the first time ever. And I must say that I probably want get them again. Because I had to ask the question she just pulled out the needle and was read y to inject me. She could have been a little bit better and explained the procedure. It has nothing to do with the staff or Dr. Schultz who by the way are great people. I just don’t think that the procedure is for me and thats the way it is. But him and his team were great, and maybe it would have been different if he had been in the room. Because when a person isn’t comfortable enough and calm it makes it worse on that person.

Dr Schultz truly cares about his patients. I have seen him 3 times in the last 3 months. He is always on time, listens to you & answer your questions. He is highly competent & deserves 10 stars!

Dr. Schultz provides the detail about your condition that is needed for the patient to be comfortable making a decision. Trust quickly developed and I felt that his skill level was exceptional. Dr. Schultz, his assistant, and the staff provide a caring, thorough, professional, and really a perfect environment that I appreciated immensely.
