Dr. William Alex Schukay, DO

Dr. Schukay, was an excellent doctor and treated me for approximately 15 yrs., until I started experiencing signs of anxiety that he didn't pick up on. I was missing alot of appointments and didn't know this was social anxiety or even generalized or chronic anxiety. But I knew I something was wrong. Schukay decided to kick me out of his practice due to missed appointments.That was 2 1/2 years ago Today, I am seeing a psychiatrist and and other health-care providers, am on medication to help me with the diagnosis of both social anxiety and generalized anxiety after a psych evaluation, and I'm getting along much better. Now I'm thriving and living in Florida taking it one day at a time and attending all of my appointments.

Dr. Schukay has taken care of my entire family since 1987. He is an excellent doctor, willing to refer to need specialists and has an excellent reputation with other doctors and medical staff.

I worked with physicians for the last 26+ years, I can say that Dr. Schukay is one in a million. He takes the time to listen, makes you feel at ease and is just the best! Physicians like this are hard to come by!

I have been a patient for over 11 years...Dr. Schukay treats everyone like you are his only patient, as he spends as much time with you in appointments as needed. I never have felt rushed through an exam, yet seem to always have a short waiting time to see him, which is quite a feat these days. He is extremely caring and compassionate, and more than competent in his field. He puts a lot of emphasis on preventitive care, which has helped to preserve my health in the long run. In short, a wonderful person and doctor!
