Dr Ray and his team of fellows are extremely knowledgeable.Take time to explain what needs to be done.Secondly,they are very approachable.He operated on my L4-L5 with good results. Highly recommend him .

I had a tumor removed from my c-3/c-4 area successfully by Dr. Ray and his staff. I am so glad after careful consideration that he performed this surgery. He prepared me well for the pain. I am still healing from this surgery after 2 months and I have noticed I have less numbness in both hands and as the healing goes forward the pain and numbness lessens. I never want another back surgery but if it becomes necessary for some unknown reason, I will only choose Dr. Ray to perform it. His staff is professional and cared for me well. I have already referred people to Dr. Ray who coincidentally were looking for a neuro-surgeon. He did a wonderful job on me.

Dr. Ray is truly one of the best doctors I have ever worked with!! Besides being an amazing surgeon, he is also cares about each and every one of his patients. It is refreshing to be able to work with a doctor who actually cares about patients outcomes and explains to them their best treatment plan. He evaluates his patients on their specific case and determines the best treatment plan even if it means no surgery. I recommend him every time with anyone needing a neurosurgeon!!

Dr. Ray performed my complex lumbar surgery in October 2023. My back had become stooped and misshapen and I was in a great deal of pain. I am still recovering/healing from the surgery, but my pain is almost nonexistent. I am improving every day and look forward to a much better quality of life. Because I am “elderly” I was worried about the outcome, but it was definitely the right decision for me.
