Dr. Wilson Luis Velazquez, MD

I am beyond happy with Dr. Velázquez. He is the sweetest, friendly and emphatic doctor I ever visited. I was referred to him after a extensive surgery, which didn't work out as I expected. I was diagnosed with a rare condition named "Chonic Regional Pain Syndrome". After I was diagnosed with this I lost hope of feeling better. Dr. Velázquez explained my condition very clear and gave me a few options to start with. I am grateful that I was referred to him, he has been my angel. The staff is very professional and treat you like family. Never waited more then 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. On my procedure day I was very nervous and the doctor was with me from the beginning keeping me calm and even he was the one to put the IV on me for me to feel more comfortable and relax. I am looking forward to be his patient for years to come. Thank you, Dr. Velázquez God Bless you.

I can only praise the office staff and i can only be so grateful for Dr. Velasquez and Dr. Susan. Excellent care they listen to you. All the nurses and office staff treat you with kindness and respect. Highly reccomend!!

Overall I really like this place. Dr. V counts in and talks to you. It's not a bad wait time. I only disagree with the policy if having to come back for every little talk or shot you need. It was explained they don't get paid other wise but each visit cost$45.00. Those on disability can't afford that. Sho you end up with lackluster care. The staff are awesome. I don't blame them I blame are stupid insurance companies but wish there was a way that could be fixed. I suffer more but have no choice. Like I said awesome staff and dr V is a nice man who tries to help within insurance policy ways I guess

I have been seeing doctor velazquez for awhile now he has tried so hard to helping me with injections and all but my body just idk rejecting the shots or something , im loosing feeling in my arm from my neck called says they are to be open but I guess they are closed for the week ,

Hope this comment will be read, Dr. Velasquez is my pain doctor 2012-2014 The sweetest doctor I've ever encounter, four times spinal injections and ablation but eventually I did the surgery. I will never forget how he treated me, in the same way his dedication and expertise.
