Office staff is always welcoming and appointments are always on time! Never had to wait for my medications to be refilled. Great office!

Excellent doctor!!! I have been coming to see Dr. Brown for 5 years now and I can't be more satisfied. Dr. Brown is a very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and caring physician. Her office and office staff are very welcoming, basically like a family. I have some chronic health issues and Dr. Brown was always been attentive to all my problems, and even requests for extra examinations and labs. If I have to call for prescription refills, it gets done most of the time the same or next day. They have accommodated me on multiple occasions with the appointments times. I have three children who also patients of Dr. Brown. She is very nice with my teenagers, and they donâ??t want to see any other doctor even when they are in college in Charleston. I do recommend Dr. Brown to all my friends and I never hesitate to recommend her to everyone! She is a wonderful doctor and a person!

I know Dr. Brown for past 5 years, since she opened her practice and I am not planning to switch to another doctor anymore! What a find! she is very attentive, confident, thorough and knowledgeable. I felt that I was heard for the first time by the doctor. I am a registered nurse and seen a lot of doctors through my career, also switched a lot of doctors for my personal medical care. This was the first time I felt like somebody was listening. She was able to diagnose my conditions even after I seen specialists! Her office staff is great and referral time is short. Would definitely recommend to everybody!

I started with Dr. Brown when her practice 1st began. She is not only charming she is very knowledgeable & thorough. She picked things up the hospital missed. She takes her time and explains everything. She spends time to answer any questions too. She has a great on-hands staff which makes a more pleasant and personable visit especially when one is ill. I just wish insurance was not causing problems so her office is limited to the type of insurance it can accept.
