why have a patient sign a form stating that all meds were to be prescribed thru him only to find out that no that's really not how it has to work. Tell me this ahead of time, not when my meds are due. Went to website and REQUESTED A REFILL a week ago. Called my pharmacy and they were never called in nor did anyone from the office call me to tell me that they it wasn't filled. I had left a few messages, to confirm they received the request which they have you do online. No call back. Called today and spoke to someone who pretty much didn't care, said I would have to wait and talk to the doctor at his other office tomorrow. Really? These are a medication that I need..today...so disappointed in this whole experience. Needless to say I have to find another neuro and am out of my medication. I have never experienced something like this before. Talk about stress.

Has been my Neurologist for about 1 year. I had billing issues and spoke with Dawn in the billing department. She explained my bill in detail and even sent me a copy. My insurance never sent me one. After a little investigation she was able to give me the correct information and notified my insurance of their error. SO sweet and patient. Thank you for your help and understanding . God bless her

Amazing. All around great doctor. Listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. Dawn in the office was such a delight so pleasant and helpful with my billing and insurance questions, explained it all in detail. calls are returned very promptly. I highly recommend this doctor for your Neurological needs... Thank you to the entire staff

Dr like this should not be allow to practice medicine .I almost die

I have been going to Dr. Khesin for many year so has family members & friends. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I have never experianed any problems with this office. and doctor khein is a blessing. this is your go to guy

I started following up with Dr. Khesin at his office after I saw him in the hospital for seizures. I have been working in the healthcare field since 1999, so I have experience when it comes to speaking and helping/dealing with people. I have never in my life met a more rude receptionist than Dawn. That is who she identified herself as when I finally asked who I was speaking to. She was rude...didn't want to answer simple questions I had about obtaining my medical records. I was told it would take up to 30 days for my records and the cost is a dollar a page. YES...30 days!!!! When I asked her why it would take so long is when she turned around and replied that she did not like the tone I was using. I said excuse me??!! She said I don't care for the tone you are using. I would like to say that maybe she was just having a bad day...but when I was in there one time waiting in the waiting room I over heard another patient and her husband saying how snotty she was. At the time I thought… nothing of it....now I know why. If she doesn't like her job or doesn't want to treat and answer people with compassion, I think she should look for a new job with less interaction with people....maybe sit in a cubicle in a corner. Its too bad because Dr. Khesin is a very nice man. I am not stopping her either....I am going to make a report about this with the board because she is delaying my treatment.

This doctor is amazing, he is very informative, and listens to all my concerns. I read the previous comment and I cant help but wonder if it is a disgruntled patient. All offices have a wait time. I have been following with this Doctor for well over 12 years. The staff has always been very pleasant and are very accommodating to my scheduling and any calls I have placed. I have never experienced any of the issues mentioned in the prior comment. I find that very hard to believe.

The staff at this place is horrible! Very rude and very disrespectful, your never get a phone call back so don't bother calling. The older woman always seems as if your a bother and could care less about anything but whatever is on her computer screen. The young girl there is also very snotty. The woman in billing don't even bother with it she is the worst. The doctors are never on schedule and the wait to be seen is horrible if you don't mind waiting over an hour to be seen and dealing with very rude people then go here other wise keep looking!
