Money hungry so called surgeon if you are rich go to her God help you after and $$$$$

I highly recommend using Dr. Chi for any needs regarding hands. Her bedside manner is exceptional and her surgery capabilities are superb. I had a sticking thumb called trigger finger. In a 45 minute surgery she had it fixed. When I awoke from anesthesia my thumb no longer was sticking. Now I’m all healed up from the surgery in only two weeks. Thank you Dr. Chi

Dr. Chi is excellent and possibly the BEST hand surgeon I have ever had. I have had surgery on both of my hands in the past 40 years. Dr. Chi is by far the BEST!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Chi for a few years for treatment in my pain-ridden hand. Recently, I had to have surgery due to a cyst in the hand. Dr. Chi and her team were so professional as well as personable. They put my mind at ease. The surgery was a success! Thanks for Dr. Chi and her team I knew everything that was going to happen and felt everyone cared about me.

I had Dupuytren's Contracture palm fascia release twice over 14 years prior to seeing Dr. Chi. This 3rd surgery was limited to my middle finger. Two weeks after surgery, I've been to physical therapy 5 times, with 11 more booked. I do not anticipate any difficulties. Dr. Chi and her staff were courteous and attentive. I can highly recommend Dr. Chi and the OCHSS Team.

Dr. Chi seems very nice and competent although I just went for x-rays and a hand cast. My ongoing problem is with her billing department. They keep billing me for charges I have already paid, they refuse to honor repeated requests for an itemized statement showing all charges and payments and they reported me to their collection agency because my monthly payments weren’t large enough. So I paid the balance to their collection department but now they deny receiving the payments (although I verified that the checks cleared) and they are still charging me almost $92 that I’ve already paid. Liars, cheats and thieves with no accountability that typify everything that is wrong with the American medical system. That Dr. Chi knows and allows this makes me wonder about her ethics.

Dr. Chi removed a bone spur and a cyst from my right hand mid finger. With the size of the cyst, the cut was big and required 6 stitches. Two month later today from the operation, I myself can hardly tell where the stitches were. She is an excellent surgeon !

Dr. Ying Chi and staff are the best! She is so personable, kind and of course, extremely knowledgeable. She makes her patients feel so relaxed during office visits, as well as pre and post op. I have had 2 hand surgeries with her in the past year and would highly recommend her to family and friends. My recent experience was exactly what one would want if surgery is needed...especially involving one's dominant hand. She is gentle, highly competent, and explains things carefully which translates into confidence in selecting her. Her staff stayed in communication...always professional, helpful, and prompt in responding to messages left.

This is my second Dupuytrens surgery with Dr Chi. First was the little finger on my right hand. The most recent was my thumb and index finger on my left hand. I could not have asked for a better doctor aand staff. Looks like l will have full motion of all my digits when all is said and done. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
