Dr. Dimitov is engaging and responsive. He listens! He’s a surgeon yet will consider every avenue to avoid surgery first. If you do go the surgery route, there is not a finer practitioner in our region. Highly recommend Dr D

Excellent discussion regarding possible need for surgery. As always his advice was appropriate and with the best interest of the patient foremost. Not only an excellent technical surgeon but a warm and caring fellow human being.

Very favorably impressed from the beginning. Dr. Dimitrov was easy to talk with, direct with his questions, and clear with regard to surgical options. Too soon after the surgery to share results, but he says I am on track and I have every confidence in him.

Dr Dimitrov was great at explaining with a model of the spinal column exactly how he would perform the microscopic surgery on my back to get rid of my sciatica pain and stenosis. He assured me that it was safe. He was correct. I am pain free. It has been 2 weeks since my surgery. I only took 2 pain pills a day for 2 days and I am doing great. I would like to highly recommend Dr Dimitrov.
