I had to have my tonsils and adenoids removed at the age of 50. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and what to expect afterwards. He did a great job on the surgery. He seems to really care about his patients and their needs. Thank you!

Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable in treatment plans and options, however his bedside manner is extremely poor. My daughter started seeing him at age 11 after her previous physician stopped accepting our insurance. She has had ear problems since the age of one. On three occasions Dr. Collins was extremely rude, condescending, and downright mean to her. At the most recent visit he berated her so much for crying during a procedure (she was in pain when we went to the appt.and was only teary, not throwing a "fit")that I have ended our relationship and will NEVER take her there again, nor would I recommend Dr. Collins to anyone else.

We started seeing Dr. Collins just before my son turned two. He was very apprehensive at our previous doctor visits, but Dr. Collins was excellent with him and with us. He is very knowledgeable, gives us all the facts and options, and has a great bedside manner.

I had a really great exprience with dr collins. He was really great gave me what I nedded to know. The office visits were quick.he explained everything throughly. Iwould recommened him to anyone that is having ears nose and throat problems

My little girl is very shy and has never left my lap in a doctors appointment- until Dr Collins. He made her feel safe and even made her smile! He is great with kids and I have no problems at all recommending anyone to him. He is a doctor because he really wants to help people.
