Dr. Drew Douglas Moore, MD

My husband and I could not recommend Dr. Drew Moore any higher. He has been the most compassionate, attentive doctor in our oncology journey. From the first x-ray that showed a lytic lesion in my husband‘s femur, Dr. Drew Moore called my husband directly, within an hour after his x-rays, to discuss surgery plans going forward. The surgery, placing a rod in my husband‘s right femur went very smooth and Dr. Moore was again, incredibly compassionate and attentive in his follow up. Less than a month later, my husband injured his left leg and we were sent to the ER. Dr. Moore was consulted and contacted my husband once again with personal compassion and plans dependent on the findings. Thankfully, my husband didn’t require further surgery. Dr Moore followed up the next morning with detailed diagnostic findings and plans going forward, again with deep compassion and personalized care. Being in the healthcare field myself, I can attest, Dr. Moore is unique and a rare gem. We are incredibly… blessed to have him on our team in this oncology journey. We could not recommend him enough.

Dr. Moore is a professional that listens to his patients instead of telling them what to think. Awesome bedside manors and compassion ??

i called him to ask some questions about my mom visit at his office and he was very arrogant with me and hung up the phone.i don't recommend him to anyone.

I am a current patient of Dr. Moore, and I can attest to the fact that I couldn’t believe the level of interest, caring, and compassion this man has. I didn’t believe that they had doctors like this anymore. He calls you personally when you have a question, or if a test result comes back and he wants you to know the outcome. I’ve never had a doctor who answered all of his calls himself. Most often a nurse fields the calls, obtains the instructions from the doctor, and returns the call. Dr. Moore explains everything to you. He shows you your X-rays both pre and post surgical, which greatly assists in understanding your medical condition, and his treatment plan. I always look forward to my appointment because you feel as if you’re his one and only patient. I could go on, and on extolling his virtues. Just feel confident that you’re in the BEST of hands.

Let me start with the fact my knee feels great! His staff was great and very helpful! They took great care of me and called me to set my appointments. I was having trouble finding someone to see me I live a hour away and it was worth the drive they didn't hesitate getting me in and treating me and again they took great care of me!

Dr Moore is a great surgeon and all around pleasant doctor. He takes time with you which is not common. I was happy with my surgery and i have a doctor for life.

Dr Moore did one of my mothers surgery last year. He is a skilled surgeon but more importantly a great human being. He exhibited a level of compassion and caring that you don’t see often in healthcare. My mother had not seen Dr Moore for many months before she passed, last week I received a voicemail on my phone offering his condolences. Truely unexpected and shows his caring of his patients is amazing. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Dr Drew Moore.

I recently required surgery. From our first meeting on how to proceed thru the surgery was indeed a GREAT experience. Personable, caring and able to have me understand, without question, procedures, expectations and outcomes. Upon completion of surgery I was very pleased. I will see Dr. Moore for any and all additional orthopaedic needs I may have.
