Dr. Duane Harrison Beers, DDS

Dr. Beers is an excellent dentist who has been in practice continually for almost 40 years, and his attention to detail and individualized treatment plans is unparalleled. Each and every member of his staff, from the receptionist to office manager, assistants and hygienist, also are highly experienced and deliver their services with a smile, personal courtesy and utmost care. Being a retired professional woman whose current insurance does not cover dental care, requires me to spend personal funds for treatment. Each and every dollar spent is an investment in continued oral health and preventive treatment, just as Dr. Beers has invested in cutting-edge dental technology and equipment. Five stars? I'd give him 10.

I am rewriting this review because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Without going into alot of detail- I will just say DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH with your insurance company. I made the mistake of trusting Dr Beers & Paul Holt & I was totally taken advantage of & I overpaid ALOT of money CASH. When my bridge broke, I called to make an apt & told them it broke and he wanted $100 JUST TO LOOK AT ME! Even after I found out that I was taken advantage of after speaking with my insurance, I called & let them know that I wasn't happy. Thinking they would do the right thing & refund what I overpaid CASH but Nope not even close. So if I can save someone from making the same mistake I did- then all this was worth it. So just a recap- Call your insurance company yourself. Ask when waiting periods are over for procedures. Ask your own questions. If they took advantage of me, a single mother of 3. Even had the opportunity to make things right but of course they didn't. They can… answer to the higher being in the end. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

Immediately upon entering I am always greeted by name and the receptionist says she will let the hygienist know I am there. The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and quiet, with the ambience of a living space rather than a medical office. Every member of the staff is friendly and smiling and always address me by name. They don't tell me I'm a valued customer, they show it with their every move. The actual dental work is as top notch as everything else in the office.

I made a request to change the plan and do several teeth at once. They were most accommodating and graciously were able to shift their schedule around. The care was excellent as always.

You won't find dental care as good anywhere else!

It was a professional and informative experience. Tracy made sure I was informed of every process. She would stop throughout the process so I could catch my breath. I will be back.

Dr. Beers saved a molar that had been badly botched by an inept dentist. Confidence in Dr. Beers professional art/skill/talent is well placed. His establishment, elite staff and modern equipment provide an environment of total care. Dr. Beers is the best dentist ever, in my experience. Trust him.

Every time I come for an appointment, I'm greeted by name and made to feel welcome. My needs seem like a top priority. Everyone is warm and friendly. Of course, the actual dental treatment is outstanding, but the behavior of the Dr. and staff puts this clinic ahead of every other I've been to (and in my travels, I've been to many more than the average person).

Dr. Beers was able to diagnose my problem and was able to pull the tooth with a fractured root. He saw that the procedure was as painless as possible.

I was just in for a cleaning. I was early, but didn't have to wait very long at all. The hygienist was friendly, made me believe she remembered me clearly from my previous visit months before, and went to work. She was skilled and did her job with minimum of fuss. Dr. Beers came in to check my teeth, and he, too, was friendly and made the visit a positive experience.
