Dr. Duane Ellis Bridges

Highly recommend!!!

Br. Bridges performed an Atrial Fibrillation Ablation on me. After 3 months of recovery (and much poking and prodding by, both, my cardiologist and Dr. Bridges) there was no longer any sign of the Afib. It's hard to express what a relief it was to not have to worry about a potentially life threatening condition for the rest of my adult life, and possibly ever. There were some longer than average wait times, but it was a small price to pay given the final result. It is my understanding that because Dr. Bridges is in such high demand, he sometimes has to deal with emergencies like heart attacks and other life threatening conditions. As a result, sometimes you get to sit on your phone for extended periods of time as you wait for him, but honestly, if I had to weigh saving a persons life over my personal convenience, then it's an easy choice to make. With all that said, everything I have heard about Dr. Bridges from his colleagues, and other reviews leads me to believe that he is a… highly skilled dedicated doctor who goes out of his way to help as many people as possible. I even cross referenced him with my Dad's electrophysiologist Dr. Shephal Doshi, who is supposedly considered the best in the field, and he had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bridges. I have read a few bad reviews of as I was writing my own, and while I do not know Dr. Bridges' history, I can certainly let you know that everything he has done for me has had an aura of professionalism and caring. Whether you choose him or not, I hope that my experience can help you make a more informed choice that will ultimately lead you to have a meaningful and fulfilling life!

I had a pacemaker installed about 3 months ago with Dr. Bridges at Centinela hospital. I have to say that he is one of the best cardiologist out there. Always in top of my health. Takes his time with answering any questions. Regarding the staff, they are friendly. The gentlemen just needs a bit of experience knowing how to answer questions. The young lady that sits at the front she is super professional. In top of things. I had a question for the Dr and right away she return my call. She is in top of things. Always smiling and making the patients feel welcome. I am loving the new staff. Great Dr.

This doctor restricted me from flying and driving to monitor me for 30 days and perform additional tests. I lost hundreds of dollars for a prepaid trip. But my health comes first of course. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. My primary doctor never received a report for my visit. I called to follow up two weeks later and their operator said that my authorizations were pending and it wouldn't help to call and follow up. After further research I found out that Duane E Bridges never ordered any tests and refused to return my calls, my doctors calls, or my medical group's calls. It's been a month. Now I'm having to get another doctor entirely and go through this whole process over again. If I could get ahold of this doctor I would tell him that he made me feel worse. He shouldn't be in practice.

Dr. Bridges is so knowlegable on all the lastest greatest medical technology. He is a very caring and Dedicated Doctor. He always puts his patients first.

Dr. Bridges has been my doctor since 2005 and I trust him with my life. He is very thorough always takes his time explaining everything carefully you never feel like you are being rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great heart doctor.

Dr. Bridges was very attentive, intuitive, easy to talk to, explained everything in detail and in layman's terms. He was excellent!

I was so impressed with exam he did before my surgery . I was referred by my regular cardiologist. Dr Bridges spent 3 hours talking with me and going through my records, this was actual face time not waiting time.

Dr. Bridges is clearly knowledgeable about his field. He listens carefully, is responsive, follows up well. He treated my mother-in-law for emergency heart concerns, ran tests, cheerfully called my MIL's cardiologist friend to consult with him. We felt like we were in intelligent, caring, hands of a great doctor!
