Dr. Duane Allen Lukasek, MD

Can't think of anything good to say,I was sent to him for an on the job injury because he was the company doctor. Even though another doctor told me not to go back to work for two weeks until an orthopedic doctor could examine me this insurance company quack sent me back to work the next day. From the first visit when he was spewing misinformation about workers comp to the appointments they claimed never existed ( luckily I had the reminder cards or it would have been unexused abenses from work) to him telling me I wasn't a candidate for surgery it was obvious he wasn't working in my best interest. Luckily I got away from him and had surgery two weeks ago and am now on the path to recovery. All he did was delay my relief from pain, there are plenty of good doctors around so don't bother with this one. Other people I worked with had similar results, one is permanently disabled after an injury he saw lukasek for.

Good enough, except did not complete ok-to-work to satisfaction of Army Corp of Engineers: vision rating too vague; did not check-off that i underwent a OSHA/HAZWOPER Physical.
