Dr. Duane Arthur Rommel, MD

Love taking my teen son to Dr. Rommel. He is spends time listening to patient and is not out to just make a buck and run you out. He makes the visit a pleasant experience each time. He is a great physician and really knows children and how to care for them.

Awesome Doctor!!! The only issue I have is the office staff. Not the nurses. The office manager needs to be fired! She is totally unprofessional and extremely rude. I am very accommodating, but this person must clearly want another job. Every other Dr in the practice is just as terrific as Dr. Rommel with the exception of Dr. Black. She is a hack and brings the credibility of the practice down. I didn't believe the other mothers I had spoken to until we had to see her. She prescribed a huge dose of the WRONG medication for my son who ended up in the ER. She tried blaming it on the pharmacy, so I checked and it was definitely her fault. Not even an I'm sorry.

I love Dr. Rommel. He is always calm even when the kids are not. But, the office staff make me crazy. You are always put on hold to make an appt. And when you get there they are ALWAYS gossiping!! Even the office mgr. Most nurses are not personable. Makes it hard to stay.

Dr. Rommel is a wonderful Doctor. The office in Pam Harbor has too many Doctors and the office staff is overwhelmed and understaffed which causes them to be rude.
