I can't understand why his dentures are double the amount of every where else man taking xrays of my mouth said he needed 12 ? To prove to Humana I had no teeth he said?? Equipment used not even hooked up

The dentist when you actually see him is very sweet, the office staff and office manager really lack HIPAA training and understanding. Violating HIPAA laws and then defending blatant violations as “that’s how I’ve instructed my staff” is a poor excuse to use especially to someone who is extremely educated in that area. FYI Permission is not needed to file a federal complaint and the cost usually per violation is $10,000. Think about that!

Waited over 2 hours for appt. Did not get any info from Dr. Someone on staff gave me all the info. Office was extremely warm! Some staff made off the cuff comments .

I can understand those poor comments about this dental office. You are in pain and you feel its not your fault. So, you need some one to blame. The Bible says that the mouth is the dirtiest part of the human body. Working under these conditions to help you clean your mouth and make your simile more pleasing, not to mention reduce your pain I would say Dr. Schildroth does a remarkable job. However your attempt to discredit or insult the dentist goes to prove you have a lot more dental appointments to rid you mouth of the dirt your slinging. Excellent teacher, employer, and dentist. Takes every precautions not to inflict pain.

Very sketchy as soon as you walk in. Dark. The staff try to be friendly accept for the office manager who is rude. The dentist is quick and all about the money and is not clean! Don’t go there!!!

The dentist and his staff was very nice and courteous, very polite and professional and they care about their patients.. Recommended highly

Doctor is Great but his office Staff has lost all stability. The are no longer organized or professional on phone or in person. I have been seeing him for over two years and since the first of the year things turned for the bad. But Doc had been great. He has given my family direct access to HIS number in case there is a problem again.

The personnel office is clueless. They called to confirm my appointment. I returned their call & they can't find my paperwork. The filling done was dismal. I switched to another dentist. Lackluster service from dentist & staff!

He is horrible. Don't really have time to go into all the details. He charges for exams he doesn't even see you in. He doesn't check teeth. He is rude. He rushes to next patient. A filling fell out after few months a he refused to repair without charging again.
