Dr. Dudley Ross Gordon, MD

I've been with this guy for more than 20 years. His front office staff are a bunch of morons... graduates of the local one-year "technical school" no doubt. Was trying to get a prescription correctly filled for TWO MONTHS..finally was forced to get the doctor's attention by physically going to him without an appointment and he discharged me as a patient. Fired me BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T... OR COULDN'T... DO HIS JOB AND TREAT HIS PATIENT PROPERLY.... TWO MONTHS it took me to get his attention... and he discharges me.

I would not recommend this doctor or the office in general. Took forever to get an appointment because Pinnacle told me I had to get my medical records transferred from my old doctor myself. After a few conversations with my old doctor, my old practice told me that Pinnacle should have done this themselves. That delayed my appointment by a few weeks. The staff was friendly after I finally got an appointment, but Dr. Gordon seemed uncomfortable talking to me and appointments felt rushed. It seemed like he just threw medication at me without really listening to the problem. I have since had several doctors tell me that the medication he tried to give me was unnecessary. The worst part was that medication wasn't called into my pharmacy quickly at all. I had to call back multiple times to get them to call in my medication. One of these times a fellow doctor in the practice was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I hung up and switched doctors immediately. I will never go back to Pinnacle.

The antibiotic I was given did not get rid of my infection. Called and left message to a staff member who told me I'd receive a call back however i never received a call back that day. I Called the next morning leaving another detailed message to the same staff member. I received a call back (6hours later) that a new med was called into the pharmacy. By this time I was in pain from waiting so long. Went to pick up the medication....it was the wrong prescription! This happened on a Friday so I had to go to the ER over the weekend. Not going to this doctor again.

I have had Dr. Dudley Gordon as my primary practitioner for many years. He has always been thorough, accurate in his diagnosis and has a pleasant attitude.
