Thankful too have had him so long

I’ve been a very satisfied patient of Dr. McHugh’s for several years now. He’s a very caring person that takes the time to really listen and respond to your problems and/or concerns. He has worked diligently trying to find answers for me over the last couple of years. He has a very pleasant bedside manner and always a smile on his face. Due to his own recent health problems he has had to close his practice and I will truly miss him.

Staff will not allow Patients to speak to the Doctor or have him return calls, even when they are experiencing high levels of pain after having a procedure done and they have been paid and given post-op instructions and told to call if certain symptoms occur. It has been a week, I'm still having severe pain and nausea, I have not been able to contact the doctor so I'm going to have to see another doctor and that is an additional expense I should not have to deal with. I'm very dissatisfied with the way I have been treated.
