Dr. Duncan George Peter Bowell, MD

This is the most awful doctor's office I have ever had any experience with. It has been over three weeks since they were supposed to send a referral for my dad to have his MUCH NEEDED physical therapy!! Last week he was told he was third on the list. (whatever that means) Today, one week later, still nothing. The office staff is inadequate, rude, and not capable of handling normal day to day office duties apparently!!!! This is not the first time something like this has happened. My dad will DEFINITELY be changing doctors! Don't waste your time because you will need a lot of it before anything EVER gets done.

Dr. Bowell is a good doctor. He seemed genuinely concerned for my well being and I didn’t feel rushed. The problem is that the office staff is beyond rude and needs a lesson in service and compassion.

Takes excellent care

I found Dr. Bowell to be a very good doctor. The nurses were also very good. The Problem I had was the receptionist. They booked me an me appointment and forgot to enter it in the computer. I had to wait for an hour and half to be seen.

I have been a patient of Dr.Bowell for many years i have always been treated with the great respect by him and his great nurseing staff in the past if i needed referals the doctor had no problems at all about this and a lot of times he would set up a specialist for me if i did not have a preverance as far as wait time it has never been an issue with me his office is a lot faster than my my deceased wifes appointments that where in houston. really the only thing that i dont like is he doesnt go to hospitals in the area which he has explained to my why so i do understand but it is what it is

Dr. Bowell is a great doctor, he is knowlegable and listens when you explain your heath concerns.
