NEGATIVE ZERO REVIEW IF THIS WAS AN OPTION. Extremely Disappointed with Communication and Care Standards I’ve tried calling this primary care office for two consecutive days with no success. Not only were my calls unanswered, but leaving a voicemail proved useless—the mailbox was either full or not accepting messages. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a healthcare provider, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable and deeply concerning. If you value your health and expect even basic professionalism, I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.

If you are old, you better go to see another doctor. This doctor only need your health insurance. I am very sure now that she won't talk or discuss the health issues with you.

One lady came in and asked , my husband very sick and not able drive here and no appointment . Can you let him in to see the doctor today? The answer is no. The lady asked again, how about tomorrow? , the answer still no. The staff does not tell her what to do or where to go in a case of emergency like this. Doctor ! I hope you read this.

she diagnosis was very poor. If you have a serious health problems, go fine another doctor and her daughter are the same . Can not answer the questions and do you need ask the same questions there time ?.
