The best doctor ever!

dr maglica is amazing saved my sons life!

Every time I visit her office I am always greated with friendly faces my son has been with her for 12 years now. She takes the time to answer any question or concerns and I have never had a mis diagnose case. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to see her. She relates to her patients on a personal level like she is part of the family. I wish I could use her as my personal doctor but apparently I am to old!! HA HA HA I really can't say enough good things about her.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Maglica since birth (over 10 years!)Through the years she has gone through some changes in staff and we've always adjusted to these changes because we love Dr. Maglica. My kids are comfortable with her and I trust her completely with the healthcare of my kids. Recently, a front office nurse was brought on board and she is the absolute worst! She has gotten into screaming matches with patients over the phone, talks back to the other staff, is bluntly rude to people without taking into consideration that there are children present. I have always just gone in, handled my business with her and moved on with my life... until yesterday.This woman decided it was ok to be rude and disrespectful to me. I went into the office to get paperwork signed for the Back-to-school requirements and she literally tried to kick me out of the office.She screamed at me, told me I needed to leave because they had other patients coming in and the worst part is that she did all… this in front of my kids! I was livid that someone who is supposed to be courteous and professional would do something like this. I, having the social skills and common sense NOT to come down to her level, simply waited until the paperwork was ready and left. I have a message in to Dr. Maglica now to call me, but it has become my personal mission to make sure this woman is fired and we can have our Doctor back. If anyone has experienced the unprofessionalism of this woman, I urge you to call on Dr. Maglica to take action!Like I said, Dr. Maglica is part of my kids' lives and we love her; but I will not continue going to her until this awful woman is gone!
