My son had urological surgery done by Dr. Tu. I work in a medical field myself and I know firsthand how busy is the life of a surgeon. I have a lot of respect to Dr. Tu, he never let us feel that he is in rush or busy thinking about something else. The best bedside manners I have every seen. Dr. Tu always takes time to explain all the details about the surgery and always takes time to answer all our questions and concerns. He spent almost an hour with us during our initial consult. We are very fortunate to choose him as our doctor. He was able to achieve an excellent surgical result for our son without any complications (its the condition with almost 20% post surgical rate of complications). We are very satisfied and recommend him!

This Dr. has a hard time with scheduling. We were called a day before an appointment that took us 2 months to get in the first place only to be told it needed to be rescheduled due to an emergency surgery. I get that. It happens. Then we had to wait 2 more months for the rescheduled appointment only to wait for 2 hours after our appointment time and never get to see the Dr. Time management is not his strong point. Total waste of time.
