In hospital now waiting hours for my discharge. Not responsive to nurses attempts to contact for order. My release was known since early afternoon. Please take care of business????

Ordered discharge for my 74 year old mother as she refused treatment for a non critical issue while NOT addressing the reason she was in ICU. This left my mother in a life threatening position and he denied her the access to a physical therapist as well as her urologist as a result. I’ll be pursing further action as I fully believe that the actions taken by Dr Durga Nelapolu were bordering on criminal and became personal. If you don’t care to treat patients, please don’t work in a profession that so desperately needs caring doctors.

Was assigned this doctor at random while in hospital. Sent me home with a medication without discussing it with me, asking about previous experience (bad) with this medication or bothering to explain why he was substituting this medication for one that had been working well. Did not disclose what was in the new medication and will not return calls.
