Dr. Cole is a fellowship-trained non surgical interventional spine specialist. He is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Board-Certified in Pain Medicine. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He further has advanced training and research experience in ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided injections.

Dr Cole is a very good listener and is excellent at understanding my issues and explaining them to me. He is honest and engaged in helping me cope with my injuries so that I can stay active and productive. This includes prescribing physical therapy to avoid surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and sincere with his practice.

I have seen Dr Cole multiple times over the years. He is a compassionate, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled physician who is able to explain complicated medical concepts so that a layperson can understand.

Superbly trained, patient, knowledgable physiatrist, seen for pain referral. Very friendly and understanding with elderly patient. SPent time talking about the whole range of approaches, not just "you need injection NOW." Works well with referring MD's.

with 25 years and countless ex-doctors behind me, I can say that DR. Cole is a very understanding, knowledgable, kind and brilliant doctor. I only wish I lived closer to Cortez.
