Dr. Dustin Christophe Jacobs

Dr. Jacobs was born and raised in Ohio. He completed his undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University in 2003. He graduated in 2008 from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry before moving to Georgia and beginning his career in dentistry. He has been with Choice One Dental Care® since 2008, and takes great pride in the care that he and his staff provide for their patients. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Jacobs enjoys golfing, riding dirt bikes, gardening, and spending time outside. He also loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Morgan, their daughter, Ellie, whom they welcomed in May 2013 and their two Jack Russell terriers, Gracie and Herbie. He also attends conferences and workshops that enable him to learn about the latest advancements in dentistry so that he can provide his patients with the utmost care.
