He is knowledgeable, kind, caring and friendly. He makes sure that you understand what he educated you on. He is honest, but always positive in his approach.

Had chest pains and my PCP had ordered stress test, results were good. Have high cholesterol , can’t tolerate statins. Referred to see Dr . Kliner. He wouldn’t prescribe Praluent because even tho it works, it would be too expensive. He said since my stress test was normal, there wasn’t nothing wrong with my heart, said I should see a gastrologist. Kept having more frequent chest pains and was then seen by a gastrologist. Had every type of testing and scoping done and nothing was found. Since my PCP tried every statin available before he sent me to Mr. Kliner. My PCP was able to file an appeal with my insurance and had me approved for the more potent Praluent. Dr.Kliner could have did this but he chose not to even try. Finally given up on anyone believing me that my chest pains were serious and after enduring unmeasurable pain after one really bad attack , I called an ambulance. The ER found I had a total blockage of the left subclavin artery ..Wow....but wait there’s more, I had to… have a heart cath and then they found my heart was also badly blocked and called the surgeon. I had a double bypass and 9 months later a stent to fix the subclavin artery. I’m lucky to be here now...I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone...!!
