He is a very good doctor and listened to all my needs . Whatever I asked him he would give me the answer to what I wanted to know I asked him to be put on a certain medication and he had me take a blood test before he would prescribe it for me . I'm sorry to whoever says he is opposite of this but they obviously have issues but I never have so thank you Dr Ly

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Dustin LY for years. Never has this so-called Dr. sent him to do blood work before giving him a prescription of any kind. As a result, my husband is now in a Health Behavior hospital with liver problems and mental health issues. This Dr. should lose his license. I would give him a zero if i could. If you don't mind sitting in a crowded lobby with other waiting patients for at least an hour.

I can’t believe this so called Dr. is still performing C&P exams. If you are Veteran I would ask for a different Dr. He does not perform the exams he says he does, he just writes whatever he wants on the documentation. It is as if they aren’t aware we can get copies. Save yourself the headache & go elsewhere.

I’d give ZERO if I could. If you are a veteran I would run. He will lie on records denying your claim or get your benefits reduced. He has falsified records. His name matches perfectly!!! QTC needs to pull his contract

This Dr. is only concerned with how he feels your issues are. He does not want to hear what you have to say. He will come to his own conclusion. Definitely would not recommend. One of those know it alls

Good Morning All, I just wanted to take a moment and let Osceola County know how un-accommodating Dr Ly and his office East Lake Medical Clinic at 4737 Old Canoe Creek Rd has been. I am a stem cell donor who requires medication that was requested by Columbia hospital of New York before my donation. This was something that had been communicated through both email and verbal telephone conversation with both Dr Ly and the fine folks at Columbia Presbyterian. I was told that this was going to be waiting for me in the office pending my pick up, I called to pick up the script and I was told that it had not been written as previously promised and that 2 hours prior to the office closing there was NO one there capable of writing the script that was supposed to be on my file. I was told that the doctor was in the hospital I went as far as to ask if I could pick up the script at the hospital and was left HELPLESS, the receptionist even went as far to say that they may require me to pay a… co-pay!!??? Thanks for your support Dr Ly and Staff I'm sure that the public will also see how well you support Cancer victims and their families... Am I a patient or a customer??!!
