How does he end up with a 4 star rating on here ? I don't see it. I have a LOOONG detailed HORROR STORY of my own regarding"doctor" NAVARRO.. He is a scoundrel and a CROOK. I am in midst of an INSURANCE CLAIM AGAINST HIM NOW. And soon will be filing a major LAW SUIT against him. I will post my review soon as I get time. Trust me DO NOT LET HIM DO ANY WORK ON YOUR MOUTH. HE IS DANGEROUS AND RECKLESS AND A THIEF.. EVERYTHING IN THE OTHER REVIEW ABOUT HIM IS TRUE. and then some. HE SHOULD BE JAILED for what he's doing. Teri Reynolds

***Warning*** Would NOT recommend this office for a variety of reasons. Mind you, never was I rude to them, that's just not me. 1.) Navarro (the main dentist guy) is rude, dismissive, dodges/blows off questions, sorely lacks bedside manner, and can even be considered passive aggressive. I would consider being far rougher with tools in your mouth than need be passive aggression. 2.) I was charged for a followup appointment that was in regards to pus leaking out of the gumline of two teeth he recently worked on (over $100 for him to take an instant x-ray, look at it for literally 2 minutes and tell me that's just how my gums are there). 3.) He did actual damage to my gumline in the aforementioned followup appointment with a probe. As far as I know I'd need a gum graft to fix it. When I called after noticing the damage was not healed over a month later I was told "that was already there"--an outright lie. Zero responsibility taken. 4.) The desk people get dodgy and wanna just blow you… off when you call about followup issues. You have to call back and press them to get them to take it seriously. What prompted me to go ahead with this review was that the desk gal (Fallon) for the second time told me "I will get back to you" and blew it off. 5.) They're money hungry/very expensive, which is fine when you're paying for great work and service but that is NOT what I received. If you have a PPO plan with a cap on it they just see a pot of honey; apparently once they've licked it mostly clean they no longer really have to care. 6.) I suspect unnecessary work was charged for and performed, though I can't prove this and I partially blame myself for not doing enough research into how to identify a dentist that is a POS and what they may pull. 7.) He apparently makes significant errors interpreting his own x-ray exams; when we were almost finished completing what he claimed were the necessary fillings, he out of the blue said "hey there's this other one over here I just noticed, it could need a root canal if you don't get it soon." Really?? That just slipped your attention, eh? Isn't that what x-rays and multiple nurses people pay through the nose for are for? Shady. 8.) One of the fillings he did now hurts when I eat things like apples, and it shreds the floss when I floss that tooth. This does not seem normal, and was certainly nothing he'd mentioned would/could happen. Again, that lack of bedside manner/at least pretending to care. Disgusted. I would absolutely avoid. Yeah, there are lots of good reviews on their site but apparently a lot of them are from years before Navarro took over. Read what the people unhappy with the place have to say too.
