Dr. Dvinder Kaur, MD

Dr. Kaur literally saved my life. She cares about her patients. She cared enough about me and pushed me to get certain testing done. I found out that I had prostate cancer. If not for Dr. Kaur caring so much I would have never had the biopsy done and would still have cancer. After a successful surgery I am now cancer free. I trust her with my life.

I have been seeing this doctor for so many years . I had medical issues that is why I went to her office. She is disrespectful & distasteful as we discuss my medical issues with her. She told me she is there to practice medicine not for the patients. I cannot believe what she is telling me. No compassion at all. BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Davinder Kaur was the one I finally chose to be my internist and primary care physician. I tried several others before I discovered Dr. Davinder Kaur. She made eye contact, and spent time getting to know me. Dr. Kaur checks current medical guidelines before prescribing medications. She is selective in her choices, always considering what is best for me. I have been with her for a few years, now, and feel strong and healthy and glad that she is there for me. Her office is busy, and I expect to sometimes have to wait a while. But, I wait. She is worth it.

Takes a lot of time with each patient. Very involved with patients. Takes info to give appropriate diagnosis. Caring , competent, intelligent. Knows her stuff. Long waits because she is in-depth meeting with patients. Extremely good doctor.

Used this Doctor for a while as my primary and 2 problems one was a disagreement on my medical issue which i ended up dropping off a typed letter with printouts explaining my condition because of her lack of knowledge and the second was a problem with my pain meds. I was using about 30 Percocet a month and she sent me to pain management who recommended morphine and oxycodone. I never took these as I thought I was fine on my meds but she questioned the information I gave her like I was misleading her. After 2 and a half years being treated by the VA I made an appointment with her for a referral for my surgeon and as I tried explaining what my Doctors and others in the VA said so she'd have access to my VA files, labs, x rays and any other tests she went off about how she didn't need them and for me to leave because I wasn't going to tell her what she was doing. I left and I guess she knows more than my VA Primary, GI, Pulmonary, Optometrist, Neurologist and Dermatologist all put… together. Just needed a referral but I guess she would enlighten me with know knowledge of my medical history for close to 3 years.

Dr. Kaur has been my primary physician for over 15 years. I can personally attest to her extraordinary depth of medical knowledge as she has treated me for a wide range of conditions and provides referrals to excellent specialists when necessary. She listens, explains and takes whatever time is necessary to ensure the patient's understanding of his/her medical issue. Dr. Kaur is the standard by which I judge all other medical professionals.

Dr. Kaur is a knowledgeable and caring physician but she always seems to be run off her feet. She is usually seriously late - an hour's wait is not uncommon - for all appointments. Just how many "emergencies" - her usual excuse - can she have on an average day? Her staff are not professional enough and the lack of feedback from any questions to her office is very disappointing. The website she uses is never updated and your chance of getting a call back to a question is minimal. It's a shame really as I do like her.

Will charge you more. The diagnostic is very poor. Will not visit ever.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kaur since she practiced in East Brunswick and she has always been professional & caring in every way. She's knowledgeable in knowing which questions to ask in order to give me the right treatment. Dr. Kaur noticed a blip on my EKG which other Doctors missed and sent me for a stress test which showed that I had arterial blockage and needed a cardiac surgery. Without Dr. Kaur's knowledge and insight I'm sure I would not be here writing this. A wonderful, caring physician who spends the time to know her patients. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr. Kaur's professionalism is unsurpassed. She always remembers my medical issues and she provides me with sufficient time and advice. I feel that she really cares about me.
