They are all so nice, you want to hug them all. Dr. Nelson takes the time to talk to you not only professionally but like your best friend. I have been there four times and loved every visit. Hugs to the whole crew!!!

It has been awhile since I received such excellent medical care. I was very comfortable and felt that my needs were met and my concerns were alleviated. What a wonderful practice to have in the area.

Ive had 4 previous surgeries on my legs by a cardiovascular surgeon, but thought I would try her because I saw her commercial and billboard and needed some follow up due to remaining spider veins and bruises. She asked me very invasive questions, (such as why am I so dark if I'm german") and acted very condescending. Long story short, nothing was covered by insurance, and I went in for sclerotherapy. NEVER saw the doctor AT ALL THAT DAY, and and office assistant did the procedure. Now I'm in constant pain, full of bruises and swollen legs.

Went in for a consult . . . Dr. Nelson told me that medical mutual will pay 100%. I had the ultrasound, wore the compression socks for 3 months. Went in to see her . . .again dr. Nelson said medical mutual will pay 100%. Before I had the procedure, I got a bill from Dr. Nelson for $1500 for each leg. I then discovered that she is a 3rd tier provider. I contacted a vascular doctor who is a 1st teir on my medical plan and that was covered 100%. So the moral of the story is that don't believe Dr. Nelson as it relates to billing (that is not her job and doesn't know how medical insurance plans work). . . Check with your insurance company and find a 1st teir vascular surgeon to ensure the services are covered 100%. I saved $3000.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Dr. Nelson. I have chronic vein disease and have had 2 venous stasis ankle ulcers, My only regret is in not finding Dr. Nelson years ago. She is a consummate professional and safe to say, the ONLY vein surgeon in NE Ohio who is board certified in phlebology (vein disease). I will be her patient for life. She is also exceptionally kind, caring and immediately responsive to my questions and problems. Her office staff is truly wonderful as well.

There are not to many doctors that will call you the morning after your procedure to make sure things are good. Her staff is awesome
