Wouldn't refer anyone here. I'm not one to bash anyone however I am Ecstatic that I have my kids out. Honestly I do not know what kept me there so long....several years. It was never a good experience. He did always seem to know what he was talking about and I'm not saying he is bad at what he does, he's good. But when I was a new parent, I had questions, I didnt know what I was doing, I was single. He made me feel stupid for asking any. Poor bedside manner, can't even sit on the bed with my small frightened boy. The way he handled him ended it for me. Along with a wrong diagnosis where days later I found out at the emergency care. And the process I had to go thru to get the medical records to go to another pediatrician, OMG! I was told 2 days, then it was "I don't know" for a long time. Then "they did their part & was waiting on a person who was new". Then I was supposed to be called, never was tho. Finally I inquired and I was told I needed to fill out a paper, but I had already… did that. They lost it but couldn't call me! How could they have done their part without that paper? A lie maybe? So I did it again and was given two days, & then the run around again. Couldn't get any answers about when, what's taking so long, & let me tell u how surprised I was when was actually called to notify me it was ready. Only took 8weeks! Then on top that I never really liked the fact the employees never stuck around, not sure why or who's decision it was...but every time I took my kids in, there was always someone different answering the phone and taking their vitals. No matter the reason behind it, it doesn't look good. Either it was that awful of a place to work or he is extremely particular about his employees. NEVER FELT AT EASE THERE. good luck!
