Terrible doctor and person.

This so called "doctor" is the worst of the worst. Administration is in the process of removing him from the staff of Delray Medical Center. He was kicked out once already and they gave him a second chance. He was removed from a previous hospital. His license is is going to be taken from him and he will no longer be able to practice medicine. He is a piece of garbage and someone should rip his heart out of his chest and shove it down his throat. Take off your stupid bowtie and choke on it!!!!!!!!

While Dr. Ayala is based in FL, he also works as a hospitalist in upstate NY. He travels here by plain and spends a few days working and then returns to FL. He has treated my grandmother twice. He has made several mistakes including over-loading her with fluids to the point she needed supplemental O2. He has treated my grandmother with carelessness and disinterest. He also arbitrarily refuses to get necessary consults. His refusal to consult with specialists has puts patients at risk. He released her too soon, and now it looks like she will need to return to the hospital bc he did not adequately address her infection. I don't know what business he has here in NY, but I would strongly recommend avoiding him! It has been my impression both times that he is overly confident and under qualified. Again, what is he doing in NY?

I check the reviews,those peoples dont know what is to have a good dr., he cares about my health, I lost 45 pounds, none of the other dr i went care about my weight, they only care for you to come back, my blood preasure is normal, my cholesterol wonderful my tsh unique, only to the care of dr ayala. thank you and god bless you for your wonderful care

i like dr ayala, he is very caring, is not like other drs.that you wait for at least 2 hrs and see the doc for 5 minutes, with dr ayala you have easy appointments, the waiting is not more than 30 minutes, and his staff are very nice, even in the phone, he cares about us,he wants you to get better, i dont agree with those people that say bad things about him,he even call you to your house to see how are you doing, what dr. do this now, nobody.HE REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS

My experience with Doc Ayala is always very good. He is very caring and wants what is best for his patients. We, as patients, dont always want to hear the truth about our health and can mistake his sternness about his recommendations for our health as being overbearing. He has always been kind and courteous to me and every patient of his that I know of. He has a great sense of humor, is very personable and is a very knowledgeable doctor!

I LOVE DR AYALA, HE IS CARING,FUNNY AND PROFESIONAL,HE WANTS YOU TO BE IN A VEGAN DIET FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, OTHER DR SEE YOU FOR FIVE MINUTES AND GOODBY,DR AYALA TAKES HIS TIME AND CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ayala.....everything written is so true! Very condescending and uncaring! He should not be in practice!!! Thanks for the other reviews, I know that I am not alone in thinking this way!!

Dr Ayala is disdainful in manner. It is a very unpleasant experience to undergo the questioning of an overbearing doctor who seems just to want things done his way and dismiss patients' feedback. He even dismissed my specialist diagnosis, not even attempting to get information from him, and assuming I was lying.His staff was corteous, yet they lost my lab order and then accused me of losing it myself!
