Dr. Dyan Jenelle Harvey Dent, DO

was a nightmare of an office visit. We were there for my 10yr old who was a new patient. Got there 15 min early as instructed to do so and waited an hour and 20 min to see the doctor. While I waited with my 2 kids the woman who came in much after us complained about the wait and was taken back in front of us! Then I ask about that and was told I could reschedule. The front office girl was very rude and dismissive. She spoke with the doctor, who cared less. Once we were in the room (after 1hr 20min of waiting) the Doctor walked in and was completely unapologetic for the delay with bad attitude. doctor was in room with us for 3-5 min and walked us to check-out where once again the office girl treated us like we didn’t matter, ignoring us took a phone call where she was filling out pages of paperwork for the person on the phone not even glancing towards us, just laughing and writing. I then requested to be billed and left. THEY CALLED POLICE to press charges for stealing services!!!!?

Professional and pleasant atmosphere.

I started seeing Dr. Dent in 2009, strictly for skin care. She eventually became both me and my husbands primary care physician. She has given both of us excellent care. Her staff has been terrific too. We had to move but we miss them dearly. I had one scary episode when I came in unannounced and she would not see me which bothered me, but I still think she's a good doc.

My overall experience with Dr. Harvey-Dent was excellent. She has a wonderful soothing bedside manner
