Very professional and friendly, worth the wait !!

I had go to ER yesterday and was given the best care I could receive. Dr. Dean was thorough, and communicated very well. If I could have him as my primary care physician, I would do that in a heart beat. His staff members were excellent as well (Eric, Al and others). Great staff.

I was admitted to the Providence Willamette Falls ER after experiencing shortness of breath and light headed. Dr. Dean was the ER physician on duty and after ordering blood work he immediately ordered a CAT scan. His initial diagnosis was he thought I had a PE. He was right. The scan revealed a large PE and Dr. Dean after discussing with a cardiologist and a pulmonary specialist that the best and immediate protocol was implemented. Dr. Dean’s initial assessment and the immediacy of his actions I believe saved my life.

Our 4 year old split his head open so we took him to the emergency room. Dr. Dean was amazing with our son. He made this horrible experience so much better than it could have been.
