Dr. Dzung Nguyen, MD

Dr. Ngyuen has poor bedside manners. He is rude and dismissive. He does not like being challenged especially by women. He has no compassion for Elderly patients. I strongly do not recommend him to be your Doctor.

Yesterday i had followup with Dr. Nguyen. He is my primary care of many years here in Panama City. He is an excellent doctor: smart, caring and takes all the time needed to address your issues. I have had serious health issues the past 3 years. He has saved my life pushing me to surgery and also my husband when he had internal bleed. I recommend him every chance i get. No fancy office just excellent doctoring and also hardworking friendly staff. Easy to rate at 5*

Was looking for a primary doctor and had been to 3 local doctors. Was not satisfied with the wait time in office, or the nurse or the receptionist or the rushing of the previous doctors. Went to Dr Nguyen's office and was thoroughly satisfied when I left. Every member of his staff was so friendly, prompt and courteous. Dr Nguyen was so professional and had time to talk to me, then examine me, then talked to me again. That was 3 years ago and each visit has been equally great@ Referred my mother and cousin to him

In this day & age,it has become increasingly difficult to find an experienced,intelligent physician that has a great staff & still has the stamina to see all his patients.When you see an internist instead of a G.P.,,,,,people generally like seeing their M.D. for whatever disease process you have,& not being phased out to a N.P.,or a P.A..Dr.Nguyen also likes to admit & see his own patients to a hospital,& has admits to BOTH hospitals.If you are sick & call Dr. Nguyens' office ,unless he is out,his office staff does all they can to fit you in, & not be sent arbitrarily to the ER W/o speaking to the nurse first.Many offices in P.C just say",go to the ER",w/o finding out first what is wrong.All that does is burden the ER & increase premiums & cause medical mistakes due to unfamiliar M.D.s' treating chronic,not acute ,problems.Dr.N. understands this.I also appreciate how he keeps on top of all the new treatments/meds. My husband & I have been seeing him for 16 years,when my daughter… turned 18 Y/O,she needed to establish W/ a PCP,& she felt comfortable with Dr.N & his nurse, my son,who is terrified of M.D.s', will ONLY see Dr. N. .If you want a no-hassle,stable office staff,& a caring,highly intelligent M.D.,this is your office.

Very helpful on my preventive care, I appreciate the fact that he does not believe only in medications but in helping me change my way of life. This doctor has to be the best in this area. Less medications, better blood pressure and my diabetes is controlled..Thank you, Sir.

Dr. Nguyen has to be the most outstanding doctor in this area, he has been so kind, understanding, and healing for my family. He always knows what is best and always has the right answer for my family's care.

Visit went as scheduled, the doctor was able to take care of my problem so that I could return to work the same day, I was able to have my labs done and his office called me back the next day without me being required to come in and pay another copay, which was a big surprise, overall, excellent visit.

I am most impressed with the knowledge of Dr. Nguyen, I was on several medications that were making me very weak and tired, he changed my medications, and I feel like a new person thanks to this doctor. Really appreciative or his caring attitude and his knowledge.

Excellent physician, very intelligent, excellent in diagnosis of problem that has been misdiagnosed 10+ years...very thankful!
