Dr. Dzung Trinh, MD

Although we had only recently chosen Dr. Trinh, Dr Trinh was very responsive to my concern about declining health. He is an exceptional doctor who will visit patients at Assited living. He is attentive, patient, and kind. He was willing to schedule a follow up visit within days of my office visit. He said he'd be there within a week to the assisted living but was there in 3 days and helped us set up Hospice. We were very happy with the Bristol Hospice Fresno's care and Dr. Trinh's care and highly recommend him for geriatric care.

Didn’t provide quality care to My mother who has alzheimer’s. Treated her as a diagnosis and was dismissive of my concerns. When I questioned why a received an invoice from her insurance for a visit at her board and care that neither she nor I scheduled, I was given wishy washy answers by his staff. After I voiced that they shouldn’t just randomly create appointments for her because they happened to be visiting another patient at the home, and that I would start looking for another doctor, he and his staff became vindictive: refused to fill out forms she needs and blocked my email address. It speaks to a lack of professionalism and no quality of care for their cognitively impaired patients.

He visited my father at home on a Friday afternoon after we request for an urgent visit. He gave us his cell phone number, and followed up on my father's status the whole weekend. We certainly felt he was in good hands.

Reporting to Medical Board

I needed help with an elder friend and to get a sooner appointment than they could provide was referred to Dr. Trinh by UCSF in Fresno. I called the office and Veronica was very personable, professional, and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for us the next day. Upon arriving during COVID, we called to say we were there. I'd previously mentioned to Veronica the agitation my elder friend gets while waiting. The wait time was very minimal before going in and Dr. Trinh came in right away. A very mild mannered man, easily understood and doesn't speak fast...perfect for my elder friend. Dr. Trinh was very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt my friend was receiving very good care and would not hesitate to make the hour and 20 minute drive for additional care. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh's office for quality care.
