I am the patient, [...] daughter. Dr Schwiter did not inspire my confidence in him. He read the info on the computer out loud repeatedly. Each time it was as if he was seeing it for the first time. It was weird. My mother has dementia. My father and I were talking to the doctor on her behalf. I had to point out that my mother's hands were blue and cold. The nurse had been unable to get a pulse ox reading because of this. The doctor had to be reminded that they could not get a Pulse ox reading because oof the condition of her hands. My dad had to ask for my mother to have an echo cardiogram. She hadn't had one For two years!! I had to ask for labs. [...]

The provider was genuinely nice, however, asked the same questions repeatedly, and never really gave us specific answers to our questions. I honestly asked the provider if he was OK at what point because he was just staring at the computer for over 10 minutes without speaking.

Anxious to see Dr. Regarding continual light headedness and extra heartbeat. Dr stated extra heartbeat not serious and no concern there. Has no idea what can be contributing to light headedness. Was with the Dr for about 40 minutes while he went to find previous records of test results and go thru notes. I know the Dr's are busy but shouldn't they peruse the records before the patient arrives. What was accomplished could have been a tele health call. Extremely frustrated.
