I have been going to Dr. Beeks for about 13 years and have noticed within the last few years he has changed and no longer is able to accomodate his patients. My oldest child who is an adult now I had a professional experience but with my second he has been inefficient and no longer takes the time to accurately diagnosis his patients. My daughter was admitted to the hospital through an Urgent Care after I had called the office to speak with him. He returned my call two days later and by this time my daughter had alredy been admitted to Childrens Hospital.

I waited over an 1 & 15 minutes to be asked for an insurance card....not seen...This is not was good as appointments are made for a reason. I understand the fact that school is about to start, but again an over crowded office and appointments sitting over an hour is not acceptable. The Doctor himself has always given good service but getting to that point is infact another issue.

Dr. Beeks has been taking care of our children since birth and we love the service our children recieve from both he & his wife, dentist Dr. Ester Beeks. That being said, the staff in both offices are barely a step above the free clinic. They aren't professional at all and I wonder if the Beeks' hired them because they felt sorry for them or only because they are African-Americans needing a job. There have been times when my husband & I have considered changing physicians, but we really like the Beeks' and the children relate extremely well with them and vice versa. Hopefully, they'll get a better and more professional staff in their offices really soon.
