He is a really good doctor he my kids doctor 17years I would recommend him to anyone he great with kids

I have been going to this doctor since I first moved here. He has always been upfront and honest. He told me exactly what I needed to hear to make lifestyle changes. When I went through the death of a parent he listened to me and talked me through some pretty low times in my life. It's because of him I decided to go into the medical field. He is really down to earth and professional.

he took a call while I was seeing him. He was incredibly rude and condescending to whoever he was speaking to. I did not enjoy my experience at all

After bouncing around Trying to get an accurate diagnosis for my illness, Dr Crosswright prescribed the right tests which confirmed my disease . They are right when people say his staff are not very friendly . My reason for sticking with him is that he knows what he is doing , and does not just want your copay.

Overall He's a good doctor.. The wait times are fine but he's going to lose alot of business in having unprofessionial staff... I don't think I've ever entered the office to a smiling face..

He saw my 3 year old for the first time and upset her, making her cry.he kept telling her to stop it and she got hysterical and threw up some mucus on the floor.Instead of checking her,he yelled for her to "stop".He then used a tongue depressor to look at her throat, and set off her gag reflex and she threw up a little more mucus.He yelled that he was NOT looking at a patient who refused to cooperate and stormed out of the exam room and slammed the door.This must not have been the first time because whn my wife brought my daughter out, the staff was apologizing for the doctor's actions.If he freaks out over a three year old he should not be doing pediatric exams, and if he has never had a patient throw up before and it freaks him out, maybe he should check into a new carreer.

DR CROSSWRIGHT IS OUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN AND HE IS WONDERFUL! IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM. HE IS VERY GENUINE, CARING, AND LISTENS TO THE PATIENT AND THIS ALLOWS FOR MORE ACCURACY WITH DIAGNOSING A PROBLEM. HE ALSO SPENDS AS MUCH TIME AS NEEDED WITH THE PATIENT REGUARDLESS OF INSURANCE CARRIER. HIS STAFF IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP PROMPTLY WITH THE PATIENTS. MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES DR CROSSWRIGHT AND HIS STAFF AND WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND PATIENTS TO HIM.

Primary office secretary is discourteous and unprofessional.
