Fortunately, I have found a great podiatrist. I have been seeing Dr. Jacobson for many years and he has always provided excellent service. The staff is friendly and I highly recommend anyone with foot problems to visit. You will be very happy. Thank you, Mike T.

I want to begin by saying that the women in his office are the nicest, friendliest most helpful staff I have encountered in Vegas. I actually thought that Dr. Jacobson was also very pleasant and helpful when we first met. That all changed today when I had to return my orthotics because they rubbed in the wrong spot and made my toe feel worse. I have had these orthotics for some time and wore them comfortably in most of my shoes. But I injured my big toe and he decided to augment them to take the pressure off. Well, after a week of trying to walk in them in all my usual shoes, it just wasn't right. I expected him to make some adjustments to correct it. But that didn't happen. He first told me I ever should have been given them if he wasn't there. huh? ok, how am I suppose to know that? I think we moved passed that and after he examined them he told me the ortodics were fine it was my shoe that was the problem. I said I've been wearing these shoes and others with the orthotics… with no problem, only after you adjusted them, now they don't fit. He gave me three choices, get a shot for the inflamation, get surgery or go to someone else. I'm baffled by this?? What happened to the kind Dr. I first met? Clearly he was upset about something but I have no idea why? So basically I paid $150.00 to have my orthotics RUINED with no further help from him.
