The atmosphere is completely stiff as soon as you arrive, the receptionist has a chip on her shoulder and if you offended her by bringing your child so she can have a paycheck. The experience really begins when the unprofessional Nurses ,or lack there of, call your child after 30 minutes for an appointment and chews gum, has horrible etiquette, and clearly is not happy to be there. Then after sitting in a room for 20 more minutes you will experience any number of new nurse practitioners who have no bedside manner and are looking stressed and confused, leading to a visit where you have to basically tell them what you would like for your child. Oh and please do not ask for a copy of your child's shot record because it is deemed a crime since they must have to pay for the paper and the ink. I do not see how anyone enjoys taking there child to this unprofessional outright mess of an office. The health inspector and HIPPA violations displayed are just shameful. I tried giving this staff and… Doctor team chance after chance to show me something different, to my amazement nothing changed! Rude, disrespectful, lacking education, and pitiful office direction or etiquette are the best words I can offer this office in Lancaster SC. It should be shut down immediately!

Dr. Mante is great doctor!!! My child has been going too him for six years. The staff are very outgoing.
