Dr. Ebony Renae Davis, MD

No response when medication was on backorder, going through the same thing now. One time she went on vacation and no one was left to sign the Rx’s, so I was left without my meds. It’s despicable to treat patients so cavalier. I have used the patient portal, called the Rx line, left messages, talked to staff, all to no avail. They hire people on their admin staff that don’t understand (and you can’t understand) so you go in circles, it’s chaotic. The PA’s don’t reply, so you end up running out of your medication. Dr. Davis ignores you. They had an awful therapist, very angry and defensive, who misdiagnosed me. They finally got rid of her, but I wasn’t taken seriously when I tried to explain what happened. I was brushed off. Luckily I wasn’t alone so she is no longer there. I am currently struggling so with my symptoms bc they won’t respond to my medication backorder situation. I have had to call multiple times but get nowhere, yet meanwhile I’m off my medication for almost 2… weeks, a medication that is specifically reads, “Do not stop taking abruptly” I’ve called, left messages, written and spoken to people at her office, but no one cares. She hasn’t responded nor has her P.A. I do NOT recommend going to Ebony Davis at Psychiatry Wellness or when she opens Petite Psychiatry. The care is horrible and has been a nightmare. My depression became crippling from dealing with them and I then became incapable of searching and finding a new psychiatrist. I was lucky to shower and brush my teeth each day, forget researching and finding a new Psychiatrist. I tried but failed several times. I see them only for my much needed prescriptions. A friend gave me a new therapist, thank goodness, and she has now given me a referral to a new psychiatrist so I can finally leave. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Dealing with Ebony Davis and her office staff only serves to make your condition worse from lack of proper care. Any good psychiatrist would make sure your medication treatment is not interrupted and you would not be ignored for 2-3 weeks.
