Dr. Edward M. West is so helpful, down to earth, informative, and caring.

I saw Dr. West for a work injury. He was very caring and thorough. He explained everything in detail. He was not rushed, and seemed to really care about his patient. Great Dr.!! Others can learn a lot from him! thanks

I heard the family in just before me ask Dr. West where they could continue to see him as PCP. This was a late Sunday afternoon. This family was clearly happy with the amount of time, interest and genuine support they had received. I, on the other hand, was very cranky that I had to go to the "urgent care" on a Sunday for bladder infection symptoms. I'd never been to an "urgent care facility". By the end of the visit, however, I completely agreed with the previous family. Dr. West also listened to my GP issues and told me the number one standard recipe for re-hydration. Very basic. He openly listened and didn't have an attitude. He put me at ease right away. He was therefore able to give me some very good and inexpensive remedies. Nothing I had heard from my specialists. I felt I received higher quality healthcare than I expected and that I often get elsewhere. That is not to say that I am not seeing wonderful doctors in community. Doctor West stood out.
