They love to nickel and dime you by making “progress” appointments and charging absurd amounts for a 2min pain check. When confronted about it they had nothing to say. Kinda shady.

I waited a month for my 2 pm appointment which I arrived early for. When I got to the small office, it had to be close to 85 degrees in the tiny waiting room that was already full to capacity. Conveniently for the staff, they stay behind a frosted window that they keep closed to both limit contact with patients and keep the cool air in their office. I filled out the 6 pages of questions outside on the sidewalk. When a seat opened in the sweatbox, I went back inside and waited patiently. After 45 minutes, I started to get antsy and knocked on the service window and asked how much longer. The woman said "about 45 minutes". I said that is ridiculous, asking me to wait in this sweat box for 1.5 hours....3:30 for a 2:00 appointment. At this point another man stood up and came over to the window and said, "I also had a 2 pm appointment. I am done waiting". He walked out. I asked the lady why they would double-book times. No answer. She offered to book another appointment for me.… I said no thanks as I had taken off work and I was not going to wait 1.5 hours for an appointment. Completely unprofessional operation. Never met the doctor but it is hard to believe he does not know what is going on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN SHOW! Davis should be ashamed to treat patients like he does.

Dr. Davis may be a good diagnostician, but his office practice is borderline unethical. Beware of signing a form for custom orthotics that appears to be a payment plan as it is actually signing away your right to pay the member rate of your insurance plan. When I signed it, I was told that the form I was signing was showing me the options for payment and that his office does not file with the insurance company. When I asked why they do not file with the insurance company, I was told because not all insurance companies will pay for custom orthotics. I said that mine would, and I would be willing to file it myself. I was NOT told that I was giving up my right to pay the insurance contracted amount for insurance members for an in-network product/service provider. When they tell you they do not file with insurance and that it is a cash pay, it means they will not accept the insurance rate and you must pay whatever they charge you. In spite of their policy, they did file with insurance… which is how I discovered the huge difference between the member rate and the rate I was charged. This has never, ever happened to me before, and they certainly should have explained their policy in layman’s terms. I will not go back or recommend this practice.
