Most of the patients you deal with are lower income prior enlisted in the va system. Does a thorough investigation of my service, bottom line I did not like his smugness, just another over educated out of touch medico

I have found it hard to find a Dr. thay will listen to you. I am on oxygen and other issues with no help from the VA. Dr. del Rio listen to me and said we would get to the bottom of my problems. He then went into action and started some test alread have some answera that has helped. I would recommend Dr del Rio with a high rating

I'm a medicaid client and while medicaid will cover most of my medical needs there are a few things that it simply does not. One such thing is the AR smoke cessation program. Well, one day I go in to see the doctor on a non-smoke related issue and HE brings up the smoke cessation program. I knew that I couldn't afford it and that medicaid wouldn't pay so I told him "no thanks." I found out a month later that he charged me for the conversation and that medicaid doesn't cover that either! I've had other such financial problems concerning this doctor but this one takes the cake for me.

Dr.delRio was a caring and mindful physician to see. He had good listening and communication skills. I would recommend anyone to come in for an appointment with him.

How wonderful it is to have a doctor who will sit down with you, give you his undivided attention, answer your questions, show you results of medications you talk about on his phone gadget (that's a wonderful tool)Dr. del Rio explains what he thinks the problem might be and Listens! to what my thought are. That's rare in a doctor today. Most doctors make you feel like you are on a conveyor belt just passing through their office. It's nice to be cared for.

I liked him well-enough to follow him to Springdale....Excellent doctor. Listens well, and asks question about symtoms and follows-up on treatment...Does not rush appointment, and, I feel like he takes enough time with me. I highly reccommend this doctor.

I found Dr. Del Rio on the internet and based on his ratings made an emergency visit. His staff were excellent, the wait minimal and Dr. Del Rio was very attentive! I will absolutely see him again!

My husband has a hard time with Dr`s usally.He is very comfortable with Dr.Del rio and will keep appointments.We are both very satisfied with all the staff and Dr.Del Rio,I was very upset when I had to change Dr`s because of ins,we are just very happy with all the staff at Washington Regional Springdale.

I have been a patient in two different practices that Dr Del Rio has had. i.e. I followed him to his newest location. He has that rare combination of being professional, competent, and caring as a physician. To me, that "caring" part is as important as the other two traits. In his newest practice the office staff had some growing pains initially re responsiveness to calls and refills. That is no longer a problem and all of the functions of the office are now exceptional.

I was just beginning my search for a doctor in this area, and after my visit with Dr. Del Rio and the staff at Washington Regional Family Clinic in Springdale, I canceled my other doctor appointments. This is the one for me. I was very comfortable and very well taken care of. I usually dread doctor's appointments, but this was such a pleasant experience that I'm actually looking forward to my follow-up next month!
