Dr. Eddy Ping Yang

I schedule an appointment few weeks back as a new patient. During scheduling I was asked who my dentist and if I had x-ray. I gave the information and I was told they will get the x-ray from my dentist. Today at 1:30pm was my appointment date and I get there 10min early. The fort desk lady rudely said I supposed to call them from my car while I park in the garage. I said do you want me to go back and call you from my car? She said call me now as I stand outside the door. After few screen questions, they allow me in. I get few papers to fill in as a new patient and when I am done, the assistant came in to the room and said we don't get your x-ray so do you want to get another x-ray? I told her your office informed me few weeks back you will get it from my dentist. She said you didn't talk to me and if you want I can reschedule you for another day. I experienced unprofessionalism, luck of manner and customer respect.

I went in for a surgical extraction and Dr. Yang discussed with me what else he found (totally unrelated to his scope). He explained to me what I was dealing with and suggested my regular dentist call him and speak with him about his findings since some dentists may not be aware. Dr. Yang is very patient and informative.

Best dentist/surgeon ever! Very pleasant experience. He is super nice and answers all of your questions without rushing. Waiting time is also excellent. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Staff is also friendly. Highly recommended.
