Dr. Eden D Brandon, MD

She is probably a good doctor but my health requires that I be referred to specialists. Her medical assistants are poorly trained and have "I don't care attitudes". The fact that nothing gets done is always "that's on them not us". On a number of occasions I've been told that the medical group has not gotten back to them and I have the medical group on the phone stating that the requests were never made. My original physician, Dr Leanord Robinson no longer accepts my insurance so I've been drowning since I lost him and his able staff. Guess I gotta go fish again.

I am appalled at the blatant disregard this doctor has for her patients and their families. My father has been in South Suburban Hospital for one week and this doctor has not had the professionalism or even the human decency to return my calls (I am his medical power of attorney and health advocate). I would think twice before seeing a doctor with this lack of disregard for their patients.
